WHERE YOU CAN BUY J.B. HILL BOOTS
Thank you for your interest in J.B. Hill fine handmade western boots. You may order boots directly from our factory. We encourage visits to our factory where you can observe the boot making process. You can also select the leather for your boots along with receive a personal fitting. During the visit we will have you try on boots and take custom measurements if necessary. You will also have the opportunity to personally select the leather for your boots.
You can shop at one of our stocking retailers who will carry a representative selection of styles and sizes to fit all but the problematic sizes. We work closely with these retailers to assist in difficult fitting situations.
We do carry an inventory of boots in stock in standard sizes that are available for immediate purchase and delivery. Please feel free to contact our customer service agent for a list of the styles and sizes.
HOURS OF OPERATION
We are open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Weekends visits are by appointment only.
Normal delivery is approximately 6-8 weeks after the fitting process is completed. Our customer service will keep you informed if we encounter any difficulties resulting in delays in processing your order.
Holidays: Due to high demand during the holidays, please be aware that all orders require advanced preparation. In order to guarantee delivery for Christmas orders, they must be placed and sized by October 15th.
We have a set of J.B. Hill Catalogs available for $12.50. This charge / payment will be credited towards your first purchase of J.B.Hill Boots.
Please note: Leather color may vary slightly from catalog & web page illustrations. If you are concerned about the color, swatches are available upon request.
